Types and performs clerical related duties of a difficult nature requiring individual judgement and initiative. Utilizes appropriate computer applications, to include word processing, spreadsheet, and database.

Essential Functions:
Types correspondence, orders, tabulations, data, reports, and miscellaneous office forms.
Receives, acknowledges, and initiates routine correspondence, inquiries, and actions - Landlord Agreements.
Receives and responds to inquiries, relays, or refers inquiries of information to supervisors and/or other departments as necessary. Faxes/emails to Collection Disputes and CX Clerk mailboxes.
Utilizes the computer database to secure information and/or generate reports, as needed
Performs other related clerical duties as requests.
Investigates and corrects addresses on returned mail
Places and removes liens on properties associated with loan financing
