POSITION: Temp to Perm Part-Time Administrative Receptionist
LOCATION: Jericho, NY
HOURS: 9:00AM-2:00PM Monday-Thursday in office
COMPENSATION: $25/hr while temping ($28/hr when perm plus benefits)
BACHELOR'S DEGREE: Preferred
Our client is a prestigious hedge fund. They are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Temp to Perm part time Administrative Receptionist at their JERICHO, NY office. This person must be friendly and reliable!
Responsibilities of the Admin Receptionist:
-Answer main phone lines and place calls as appropriate
-Meet and greet guests
-Maintain strong communication via email
-Maintain tidy office space (conference rooms, kitchen, stock rooms etc.)
-Help with stocking office supplies
-Help with ad-hoc projects as needed
-Obtain daily incoming mail, sort, open and distribute
Requirements of the Admin Receptionist:
-Bachelor's Degree preferred
-Must be detail oriented, polished, and a team player
-Friendly and outgoing personality
-Innovative, proactive, and flexible
-Excellent phone presence
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook as well as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
