This individual will provide day-to-day leadership and direction, maximize financial returns, drive development of people, create and maintain a unique guest experience, develop, and implement effective sales & marketing strategies, execute brand standards, build strong relationships in the local community, and increase awareness of the hotel in the High Country.

Job Requirements:
-All candidates must have a minimum of five years' experience in hotel operations
-A self-starter with proven supervisory experience in the hotel industry
