Lil' Drug Store Products is hiring a Talent Specialist who will provide internal support and partnership to business lines to deliver required human resources including talent acquisition, new hire onboarding, employee relations, employee development, and company benefit programs.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting while delivering a positive candidate experience that represents the LDSP values and culture
  • Collaborate with hiring managers for intake meetings; educate and guide hiring managers on talent process
  • Prepare job postings, source candidates, review resumes, and perform initial telephone interviews
  • Coordinate in-person interview schedules and meetings details
  • Facilitate new hire orientations and process related paperwork
  • Conduct exit interviews and new hire check-ins while providing coaching and support
  • Coordinate with outside staffing agencies to secure temporary employees based on departmental needs
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs
  • Assist with conducting compensation analyses
  • Assist in organizational trainings and development efforts
  • Assist with employee relations matters
  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations to employees and supervisors
  • Maintain personnel files in compliance with legal requirements
  • Maintain human resource information system records and compile reports as needed
  • Maintain employee handbook with updates and other pertinent information
  • Assist Human Resources team with various research and/or special projects
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant work experience

Experience:
  • Minimum of 4 years in a Human Resources related role
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience required
  • Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Intermediate Use
