This Hybrid/Mostly Remote, Contract HRIS Specialist will provide PeopleSoft HRIS administrative support. You will be responsible for all PeopleSoft data entry by keying, coordinating & tracking Human Capital data with high accuracy, in the HRIS system. Additionally, you will generate & maintain reports within timelines and assist with daily operational & implementation PeopleSoft issues. Overall primary responsibility to monitor & audit Human Capital data to ensure all employee pay, benefit data, new hire entries, position transfers & position history is correct.
Important Details:
Monday-Friday | Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Location: Hybrid/Mostly Remote | MUST Be Located in Phoenix, AZ | Ability to travel occasionally to North Phoenix Headquarters location for onsite filing or meetings
Duration: Long-Term Contract | 6 months
Hourly Pay Rate Range:$28-32 Per Hour
Background Profile:
2+ years' HRIS Administrative experience
2 years of PeopleSoft experience including keying, coordinating & tracking Human Capital data in HRIS systems

Strong Data Entry, Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills
You would describe yourself as a Good Communicator who is Friendly/Positive, Professional, Confident & a Team-Player who brings an "Always ready to help" attitude
Proficient with MS Excel & spreadsheet manipulation
Bachelor's degree - preferred
Tech Savvy & Good Proficiency with MS Office Suite
