The Reliability Engineer is responsible for evaluating the reliability of assigned site equipment, components, and manufacturing processes by using engineering methodologies and tools. This role will be focused on providing root cause analysis to identify equipment problems, recommend and implement maintenance solutions, and provide education and training, as needed, to keep technical assets running smoothly. This role is essential to managing and
improving the reliability of plant critical equipment.
Required Skills:
Mid Level - 4+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment w/1-2 years direct experience working with equipment reliability, troubleshooting, or projects
Top 3-5 Technical Skills
Intermediate PC and Microsoft Office skills.
Autocad Skills./ some design work/ safeguarding machine
Good written and oral communications.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to develop plans for accomplishing assigned work and set priorities with a proper sense of urgency.
Ability to make timely decisions
