OVERVIEW:

As the Office Manager, you'll set the tone for a positive experience from the start. You will be the key driver in creating a productive and enjoyable workplace, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role is pivotal in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, overseeing essential office functions, and fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain an office space that promotes productivity. Ensure the office environment clean, safe, comfortable, and well-organized.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, and proactively address any facility-related concerns to provide a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Oversee the stock of office supplies, snacks, beverages to ensure the pantry is consistently stocked with all items.
  • Manage various administrative tasks, from managing correspondence, organizing documents, etc.
  • Regularly review and refine administrative processes, seeking out efficiencies and implementing best practices to streamline office operations.
  • Serve as the cultural champion of the office, fostering an environment that is welcoming and inclusive.
  • Collaborate with the HR Team to plan and execute events to promote team building.
  • Partner with HR to facilitate new hires' onboarding, providing them with tours, access to office supplies, etc.
  • Responsible for providing office updates and devising a strategy for effectively broadcasting communications.
  • Serve as the primary contact for team members and external visitors regarding the office environment, ensuring quick resolutions.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support office operations and overall company objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive and proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion, especially when handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, vendors, and visitors.
  • Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite and Google Suite.
