Our client is a major international firm, seeking an associate with 4-6 years of experience for its Technology Transactions group in New York, Chicago and Dallas. The salary range for this position is between $265,000 to $390,000.
Qualifications
4-6 years of experience relating to commercial intellectual property, including licensing and analysis, trade secrets and privacy, development, manufacturing, tolling, supply, distribution and other service agreements.
Significant experience evaluating and advising on IP and tech issues relating to general corporate transactions [M&A, carve-out and spin off, private equity, and debt finance].
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
