As the Facilities Manager for the Structural Division, you will spearhead a team dedicated to the upkeep and repair of the building and equipment. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining operational excellence, enhancing safety, and driving process optimizations within the plant.

Focus:
Direct and manage the daily operations of the facility, ensuring seamless production and maintenance activities while adhering to operational efficiency, safety compliance and budget management.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for timely repairs and maintenance of plant machinery and infrastructure.
Monitor and adjust production schedules and staffing to optimize resources and meet organizational targets.
Advocate for and integrate advanced technological solutions to enhance productivity and competitiveness in the market.
Conduct regular reviews of production metrics, inventory levels, and maintenance schedules to preempt operational challenges.
Skill Set
A minimum of 5 years' experience in plant or facilities management, particularly in a manufacturing setting.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in industrial management preferred.
Strong foundation in managing steel production processes and systems.
Proficient in overseeing the maintenance of industrial equipment, including hydraulic, electronic, and mechanical systems.
Proven ability to guide and develop a team in a high-stakes production environment.
Experience managing budgets and collaborating on financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
Solid track record of working with third-party vendors to ensure equipment and facility standards.
Effective communicator capable of articulating complex technical concepts in understandable terms.
Bilingual abilities are preferred.
