  • Scale a business poised for rapid growth
  • Lead a total team of 35, who are creating high-end commercial and residential playsets that are shipped nationwide
  • Supervise all business functions, including sales, manufacturing/operations, procurement, inventory control, quality control, logistics, and accounting.
  • Oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, pricing, and financial reporting
  • Ensure that we consistently delight customers by delivering high-quality products on time
  • Establish short-term objectives and long-term goals in collaboration with the CEO and other executives
  • Equip leaders & managers to grow with the organization by providing coaching & training
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify strategic opportunities, develop sales strategies, and increase revenue

Swing Kingdom is looking for a Chief Operations Officer/General Manager to lead the company through its next season of growth. Swing Kingdom is part of a family of companies that includes Country Lane Gazebos, Atlas Molding, and Patiova (CAPS). The COO/GM of Swing Kingdom will have access to our extensive network of other companies' resources while being responsible for leading the Swing Kingdom business.

Swing Kingdom has brought adventure to backyards and communities throughout the United States with our innovative, safe, durable playsets made with maintenance-free construction.

Our Ideal Chief Operations Officer/GM:
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience leading a manufacturing or construction business. Must have demonstrated success in managing sales, operations, and finance. A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or another related field and a master's degree is preferred. Prior experience leading an organization through a season of growth is strongly preferred.
  • Business Acumen: Thorough understanding of management and financial practices in all areas and phases of business operations. Familiar with relevant regulations & laws.
  • Strategic: Able to develop ambitious but attainable goals and objectives. Strong analytical abilities, strategy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Has motivational & unifying abilities for building solid relationships within the organization and with key stakeholders. Willing to collaborate with leaders throughout the family of companies.
  • Hands-on Leader: Willing to spend time with employees at all company levels - observing, learning, and coaching. A trusted resource to the team.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient with Word and Excel. Prior experience with CRM and MRP is required; experience with NetSuite is a plus.

What we are offering our next Chief Operations Officer/GM:
  • Base salary in the range of $125k-$150k plus bonuses, with total compensation in the $150K to $175K range
