Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, Engineering or a related degree required.
Sales & Marketing Training experience with a strong preference in technical product industries
Demonstrated leadership skills with strong experience creating and developing training programs
Experience with global markets is preferred
Must be willing to travel up to 15%
