As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be a key partner in managing the CEO's dynamic schedule, facilitating communication, and ensuring that our leadership team operates at peak efficiency. Your ability to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality will be crucial to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Expertly manage the CEO's calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel with meticulous attention to detail.
Communication: Act as a primary liaison for the CEO, handling internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, gather materials, and coordinate logistics for executive meetings, ensuring all participants are well-informed.
Travel Coordination: Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Project Support: Assist with special projects, research initiatives, and other tasks as assigned, showcasing your versatility and problem-solving skills.
Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and documents.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record of providing exceptional executive support to C-level executives, preferably in a healthcare or technology-driven environment.
Skills: Impeccable organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office tools, with a willingness to learn new software and technologies.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience may be considered.
