Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a monthly basis.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documentation.
Assist with tax preparation and compliance activities.
Support internal and external audit processes as needed.
Adhere to accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
