Job Summary
The Enterprise Risk Analyst supports the development and execution of reporting and analytics of an integrated enterprise risk management (ERM) program that effectively identifies, measures, monitors and controls company risks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Participates in the development and execution of ERM and GRC analytics and reporting
Performs data validation to ensure accurate reporting results.
Assesses and implements quick-impact ERM projects with business teams
Assists in identifying, measuring, monitoring, and managing company risks
Generates ad-hoc analytics and other reports as needed to support team initiatives
Develops, maintains, and continuously improves ERM policies and procedures
Performs other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
Education
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services industry including a minimum 2 years in risk management required
Functional/Technical Skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Working knowledge in data management and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools
Strong communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to work independently in a complex environment. Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Detail-oriented with ability to perform quality assurance checks on own and others work.
