We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Digital Marketing Analyst II - AdTech Programmatic
This role will assist in evaluating data and partners related to fine-tuning the tech stack, innovating tactics with a focus on single view of customer, and layering on quality metrics that both protect the brand and ensure quality approach to media buying.
The team works in close partnership with a variety of teams across the brand teams and vendors: US and Global Digital, Analytics, Acquisitions, Brand, Advertising, Sponsorship, Entertainment and Product Management teams and Agency.
What You Will Do:
Works alongside the agency and applicable partners to develop programmatic strategy and operations.
Supports the progress of the programmatic roadmap which includes innovative programmatic testing and watching the participation in relevant beta opportunities determined to contribute to positive business outcomes.
Documents the current programmatic buying structure and create a programmatic playbook.
Aids in the phased testing approach with the dynamic creative optimization partner and work to develop the DCO roadmap based on testing outcomes.
Analyzes data sets to advance supply path optimization projects and strategically work to structure: SSP setup, inventory buying methods, and inclusion list structure.
Project manages partners, active projects, meetings, manages agendas, timelines, and outcomes. Works a hybrid schedule with the ability to commute to an office in-person 2-3 days a week, working from home remaining days.
What You Will Need:
1-5 years of Paid Digital Media experience within a Digital Agency, Publisher, or Advertising Technology Organization Digital acumen for digital paid media ecosystem, partners across demand side to supply side, with a focus on programmatic buying.
Experience with Digital Advertising Demand Side Platforms and Data Management platforms (i.e., LiveRamp Safe Haven, DV360, Amazon, Yahoo!, Trade Desk, Oracle, Adobe Audience Manager, CDPs, LiveRamp Connect)
Extremely initiative-taking, highly organized, excellent diligence, with ability in managing multiple tasks, across various projects across multiple partners.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with both internal colleagues and external clients
Technical literacy with ability to explain technical information and concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work seamlessly cross-geography and multi-functionally within an organization to conduct goals.
Critical thinking ability, with experience working in a technical environment to solve business-related problems.
Adapts to change well, ability to supply multiple solutions.
