RIVANNA seeks a highly versatile and hands-on Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital and print marketing. This role involves increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating qualified sales leads in collaboration with agency support. The position also includes management of the company's website, focusing on SEO, content enhancements, and analytics reporting to improve RIVANNA's brand success. The successful candidate will bring solid conceptual and art direction/design execution skills.
Objectives and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement paid digital marketing campaigns, including SEM and social media marketing.
Develop and implement organic content marketing strategies, including SEO and CRM/email automation.
Produce marketing and product launch assets, including tradeshow and conference materials.
Analyze paid and organic digital marketing metrics to develop strategies to increase share of voice and brand sentiment.
Analyze attribution models for metrics reporting, user experience enhancement, and campaign budget optimization.
Collaborate with sales to maintain CRM automation and ensure meticulous customer and pipeline segmentation to support marketing channel conversion reporting.
Review and report on campaign analytics, including ROI and KPI metrics.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
5 years of experience in print and digital marketing.
Strong proficiency in art direction/graphic design.
Analytical mindset with a passion for data measurement.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong project management skills.
Adobe Suite proficiency.
