RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan + Arrange Schedule for Buying trips...attending with owner
Monitor the budget inventory levels to inform of replenishment needs.
Manage Vendor Relationships/Communication
Create PO's from orders into the system and track delivery...or non-delivery
Inventory Management- Receiving new products, pricing and getting on to the floor.
Work with Retail Consultant on Budget
Assist in Planning and execution of promotional events
Maintain office/stock room with supplies and organization.
Ensure boutique is running smoothly and operational...
Prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities to meet the needs of the customer, team and business.
Ensure customer experience is always the first priority
Be knowledgeable on what's new and what's selling well and share with both the customer and team
Web Site Maintenance Uploading New Product, and Inventory Control
Be positive, on time, support company initiatives, mentor/inspire others, and be a part of the solution
EXPERIENCE: 1+ years in luxury retail sales or Retail Management
