My client who are market leaders in the industrial manufacturing field have an exciting opportunity open for a Business Systems Support Analyst to join their quickly growing technical team. This is an important role and will play a key part in resolving issues and implementation processes as well as system enhancements for legacy business systems!
The ideal Business Systems Support Analyst will have the following experience:
3+ years experience managing and supporting Infor SyteLine Cloud ERP software.
3+ years of experience in Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain processes and/or related systems.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or similar.
Familiarity with reporting applications such as Birst, PowerBI, and SSRS.
Database knowledge including MYSQL, MSSQL, and MongoDB.
Knowledge of development tools such as Visual studio, SSMS, Report Builder is desirable.
Experience in Microsoft's 365 Environment utilizing all features and applications desirable.
This role will involve managing application change requests, ensuring scope and timelines are appropriately approved. Prioritize issues and assess their impact on the business environment. Support end users in their day-to-day application activities. Review project deliverables to ensure compliance with development and architecture standards. Facilitate integration between business process requirements and vendor software. Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project and system risks. Develop a comprehensive understanding of departmental processes. Analyze current business processes and recommend automation and improvement initiatives. Maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to the application landscape. Provide training to end users on enterprise applications and associated functional processes.
This is a great opportunity to travel to other sites, nationally to Tennessee and internationally to Saudi Arabia, UAE, India & Egypt. This position would involve up to 20% travelling dependent on business requirements.
