We are seeking an experienced IT Support Administrator with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in providing technical support in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Office 365, Windows 10, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive technical support for Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
Manage and troubleshoot Windows 10 operating systems, addressing issues related to installation, configuration, and performance optimization.
Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to ensure seamless integration and security of mobile devices within the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated IT issues efficiently and effectively.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and installations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles to facilitate the resolution of common technical issues.
Conduct user training sessions and create user guides to promote self-service solutions and enhance end-user productivity.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure projects as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support roles, with a focus on Office 365, Windows 10, and MDM.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with end-users at all levels of the organization.
Certifications such as MCSA: Office 365, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent are a plus.
Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
