LTS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide technical and personnel management to technical and administrative personnel across multiple disciplines such as engineering, application program and systems development. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall, day-to-day management of a specific task order or group of task orders affecting the same or related/interdependent systems.

Responsibilities:
Schedule and assign work to subordinates and subcontractors and monitors progress and resolves discrepancies to ensure compliance with work/quality standards and contract/task order requirements.
Ensure that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order(s) are implemented within estimated timeframes and budget constraints.
Provide oversight of all aspects of field and/or task-level project performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial).
Supervise personnel involved in all aspects of project activity.
Organize and delegate responsibilities to subordinates and oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks.
Maintain customer contacts to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations.
Provide oversight on all areas of the project including end users, computer services, and client services.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.
Manage the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
Recommend action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems and exercise best judgment on solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
Must be a U.S. citizen.
BS/BA degree in related field (or equivalent, project management. (PMP or FAC/PPM) equivalent certification) and minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience, four (4) of which must be in a supervisory role.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
Must be local to the D.C., Maryland, Virginia (DMV) area or willing to relocate.
