Role: Senior Enterprise Architect

Job Location: Singapore - Capgemini is looking for someone willing to relocate to Singapore

Capgemini Singapore is seeking a talented and experienced Enterprise Architect to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation in our IT solutions. The Enterprise Architect will work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements, develop architectural models, and provide technical leadership to ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the company's technology strategy and roadmap
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and technical requirements
  • Develop architectural frameworks and models to guide solution design and implementation
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
  • Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for IT adoption
  • Conduct technology assessments to improve the company's technology stack
  • Design solution architecture to fulfill business requirements and align with enterprise architecture
  • Analyze the impact of solutions on business processes and systems to mitigate risks
  • Recommend adoption of new technologies to optimize solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data governance and information security policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Preferably TOGAF or other (e.g. Zachman) Enterprise Architecture qualification
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in complex application projects or as an Enterprise Architect
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies
  • Extensive knowledge of technologies including Java Stack, Spring Boot, UI technologies, mobile applications, middleware, databases, and cloud computing
  • Experience with modern software development practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Cloud and infrastructure security knowledge
  • AI and Data Engineering concepts
  • Certifications with major Cloud Service Providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with Government environment practices
  • Must have worked with Financial Services / Banking domain.
