Pay Range: $20 - $26/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Plans and oversees enterprise-level support and service activities for company products and services for a designated client or group of clients.
Ensures quality service and operational performance within the parameters of program and delivery standards.
Develop client relationships and understanding of client business and product installations to identify service needs, plan service delivery, and drive the use of proactive service and support mechanisms to reduce client downtime and support costs.
Acts as a single point of client contact to coordinate the resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues.
Collaborates with sales and support groups to demonstrate the value of support offering to clients and identify opportunities for expanded support business.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Microsoft Office experience, including MS Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bias for action and high level of commitment to the customer.
Ability to work effectively in a team and individually; organized with great time management skills.
Demonstrated experience and proficiency using software for word processing, email, order entry, and others as required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP, Service Max, and Maximo experience desirable.
