The Role: Project Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with consumer banking experience to lead and manage projects within our consumer banking division. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of projects related to consumer banking products, services, and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage projects within the consumer banking division, ensuring that project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met in alignment with the strategic goals of the organization.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables for consumer banking initiatives.

3. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and oversee project execution to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality.

4. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact the successful delivery of consumer banking projects.

5. Foster a culture of collaboration and communication within project teams and across various consumer banking functions to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

6. Provide regular project updates, status reports, and metrics to stakeholders, senior management, and governance committees.

7. Manage project resources, including project teams, vendors, and third-party service providers, to ensure efficient and effective utilization of resources for consumer banking initiatives.

8. Ensure that consumer banking projects adhere to regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and industry best practices.

Required Skills:

1. Proven experience as a Project Manager within the consumer banking sector, with a deep understanding of consumer banking products, services, and operational processes.

2. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a track record of successfully delivering consumer banking projects on time and within budget.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders in the consumer banking domain.

4. Ability to navigate regulatory requirements and compliance standards specific to consumer banking projects.

5. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

1. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills to address challenges and complexities within consumer banking initiatives.
