Our insurance client is looking for a Project Manager Associate to join their team.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00/hr on W2
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager Associate:
Plan project timelines and milestones, track progress, and monitor and communicate project status
Recommend effective business process improvement initiatives
Analyze, document, and report program performance results throughout the company
Ensure a cooperative effort across the organization on all tasks, issues, and projects, managing and resolving conflicts as needed
Implement program and process changes as needed to support the intended goals/objectives
Propose a variety of solutions to business issues/problems utilizing appropriate analysis tools
Assist upper-level management on special assignments to support the objectives
Oversee the implementation of the project(s) on a daily basis with regard to timeframes, budget requirements and quality
