We are currently Looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Coordinator, Master Data. In this position, you will provide administrative and systems maintenance to primarily support Buyers and Merchandising Inventory Analysts in maintaining Article Master and Purchasing Data. The position will be responsible for all new article creation and maintenance within SAP.

As a Master Data Coordinator with LL, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Creating New Articles in SAP.
  • Maintaining Article Master data, including Pricing, Descriptions, Weights and Measures, and automated replenishment parameters.
  • Providing administrative support in Master Data maintenance not limited to SAP, including validating or entering data into Excel on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Processing Special Order requests.
  • Providing support to the Manager, Merchandise Planning and Analysis for ongoing and ad hoc reporting.
  • Validating the accuracy and compliance of product information in our Master Data in SAP, especially by using product knowledge of Flooring, Moldings, and Accessories.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate level of expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Po)
  • Intermediate level of expertise in SAP software functionality
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to correctly perform system maintenance functions and check work for accuracy
  • Ability to maintain focus during long periods of system maintenance activity
  • Ability to work with various levels of staff
  • Ability to prioritize workload by discerning the importance of tasks
  • Ability to be flexible in task management and adapt to changes in workflow
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks and commitments and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting information and responding to questions from co-workers, vendors, clients, and customers

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma, required
  • Associate's degree from an accredited college, preferred
  • 1-3 years of work experience; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
