Job Description:

Technical Writer specializing in Digital Asset Management (DAM) Platform, will play a pivotal role in creating comprehensive documentation that enables our users to effectively utilize our platform's features, functionalities & APIs. She/he will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Documentation Creation: Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation including user guides, API documentation, release notes, and technical specifications for our DAM platform.

2. Content Maintenance: Regularly update existing documentation to reflect new features, enhancements, and changes to the platform, ensuring accuracy and relevance at all times.

3. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, software engineers, UI/UX designers and ensure alignment on documentation requirements.

4. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and testing of documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency with the platform's functionality.

5. User Support: Assist users in troubleshooting issues by providing clear and concise documentation, tutorials, and FAQs to address common challenges and inquiries.

6. Training Materials: Develop training materials and resources, including online tutorials, video demos, and knowledge base articles, to facilitate user onboarding and adoption of the DAM platform.

7. Documentation Standards: Establish and maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides to ensure consistency and uniformity across all documentation.

Pay Range: $60-75/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
