We are seeking an experienced and motivated ServiceNow Application Delivery Manager to oversee the planning, development, and deployment strategy of our ServiceNow application delivery services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining goals and timelines for ServiceNow projects and enhancements, ensuring successful implementation and continuous improvement of the platform. Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery of ServiceNow application services, including planning, development, and deployment strategies.
Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables for ServiceNow projects and enhancements.
Lead the implementation of ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of ServiceNow solutions with business needs.
Utilize Agile project management methodologies, tools, and templates to manage projects effectively.
Ensure the successful adoption and utilization of the ServiceNow application suite, including ITSM, ITBM, and ITOM modules.
Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Continuously assess and improve the ServiceNow platform to meet evolving business requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3-5 years of related project experience leading the implementation of ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
Strong experience with Agile project management methodology, including relevant tools and templates.
Comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow application suite, including ITSM, ITBM, and ITOM modules.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
