We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityNow Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing SailPoint IdentityNow solutions. This role involves overseeing operational responsibilities, managing the identity lifecycle, and developing and maintaining identity governance policies. Responsibilities:
  • Implement, configure, and manage SailPoint IdentityNow solutions to meet organizational needs.
  • Oversee operational tasks including system health checks, regular updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Manage the identity lifecycle for joiners, movers, and leavers, ensuring accurate and timely updates to identity data.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain identity governance policies to safeguard the integrity of identity data.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure the security and integrity of identity management processes.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they understand and can effectively use the SailPoint IdentityNow system.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and report findings to management, recommending improvements as necessary.
  • Stay current with the latest identity management technologies and practices to continually enhance the organization's identity governance capabilities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with SailPoint IdentityNow and identity management solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of identity governance and administration (IGA) principles.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments and SaaS applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Microsoft products.
  • Additional certifications or training in identity management or related fields.
