LTS is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Developer to provide Subject Matter Level technical expertise on complex and challenging information technology projects with experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 using Oracle's PeopleSoft tools and integration standards by providing input on best technical practices, delivered and custom options, risks and impacts to other processes and systems.

Responsibilities:
Design and development of computer software applications and/or database systems, evaluation of computer hardware and software, planning for communications and information requirements, system test, and system security.
Provides support for early planning and conceptual stages of large, complex projects, PeopleSoft upgrades, updates, and fixes. Assesses the impact of PeopleSoft image updates and provide proposals for applying them effectively.
Support major projects from problem definition through problem resolution, and from feasibility analysis through project implementation.
Review functional requirements, complete technical design, and development, perform detailed testing, and deliver technical specifications.
Support multiple tasks concurrently and evaluates problems of workflow, organization, and planning, and develops appropriate corrective actions and prepares and performs presentations at technical interchange meetings and project design reviews.
Analyze functional business applications and design specifications for functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, workforce, logistics, and contracts. Develop block diagrams and logic flow charts.
Translate detailed design into computer software.
Evaluate, test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product.
Apply knowledge of programming techniques and computer internet systems.
Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation.
Enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency.
Provide technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met.
Required Skills and Experience
Must be a U.S. citizen.
BS/BA degree in related field and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience, four (4) of which must be in a supervisory role.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
Must be local to the DMV area or willing to relocate.
Proficient with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
Experience in system design, including application programming on large-scale DBMS and the development of complex software to satisfy design objectives.
Familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
Keen attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines and stay organized.
Ability to manage multiple projects and provide program level support cross-functionally.
