The Client is seeking a Senior ServiceNow developer for designing, developing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The responsibilities of this role will include the following: • Architect scalable and maintainable solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. • Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, modules, workflows, and integrations, to meet business requirements. • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and support teams, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations, workflows, integrations, and performance.
Required / Desired Skills: • Proven work experience with ServiceNow development and/or administration Required 10 Years • Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor using functionality such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs) Required 8 Years • Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor such as notifications and reporting Required 5 Years • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM) Required 5 Years • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or application developer (CAD) Required 5 Years • Extensive knowledge of JavaScript and other web development tools and techniques like HTML, CSS, XML, SQL, and AJAX for building user interfaces. Required 3 Years • Experience building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems leveraging REST, SOAP, and other APIs Required 3 Years • Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customer by responding to needs and exhibiting a sense of urgency; independently identify options. Required 5 Years • Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures.
