The company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join its dynamic team in Milwaukee. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to execution and closeout.
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services and materials.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Prepare and present regular project reports to clients and senior management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Implement and maintain effective project management practices and tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
PMP or similar certification is a plus.
