About The Role:

As a Product Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation and support of our Product Management, Marketing, and Product Development teams. This entry-level position is designed for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will provide essential administrative and product management support, manage data entry, oversee Google Sheet documents, and facilitate project timelines through Asana. Your responsibilities will also include supporting exciting product launches and handling logistics related to product samples for sensory evaluation.

This role is ideal for a well-organized individual eager to learn about various product development and management aspects, particularly in the cannabis industry. What you'll do

? Data and Project Management:
  • Conduct accurate data entry and update internal databases such as Excel and Google Sheets with new information as needed
  • Assess competitive position by comparing the company's products to competitors' product
  • Use Asana to help manage product samples, and projects, track progress, update tasks, and ensure that deadlines are met
  • Assist with the scheduling and organizing of project meetings and document discussions and action points.

? Product Team Support:
  • Support senior product management by harvesting, interpreting, and presenting quantitative product category data for rapid decision-making
  • Conduct market and product analysis to ensure visibility into market trends and direction
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and ef?cient project execution.
  • Assist in coordinating product launches and liaise between the product team and manufacturing to ensure seamless communication and product delivery.
  • Manage the distribution and intake of product samples for new product development, quality assurance and sensory evaluation.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned or inherent to the position

What you'll need to have

? Experience building and re?ning processes.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.

? Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

? Pro?ciency in Microsoft Of?ce applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools, especially Asana.

? Pro?ciency of the English language, verbal and written format

Desired/A plus!

? Bachelor's degree

? Past experience in startups is preferred

? Functional knowledge of California cannabis regulations

? Project Management training and/or certi?cation

? 0-3 years of product experience within the CPG industry

Work Environment:

Primarily in a light industrial and of?ce environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually low; however, ?uctuation of noise level may occur during peak production. The temperature in the work environment is usually moderate; however, ?uctuation of temperature, either decreasing or increasing (heat level) is likely to occur during peak production.

Periodic weekend or evening work is expected.
