Our team consists of experts and professionals who have experience in management, administration, consulting, and technology. This position seeks to implement positive mission-oriented change, to deliver tangible operational results, and to build and continuously improve the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Possess strong communication and computer skills.
Well-versed in performance management, performance monitoring, and performance data collection.
Proficiency in and Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
Capable of developing spreadsheets, tables, charts, graphs, and PowerPoint presentations to clearly document contract performance objectives and deliverables.
Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems.
Professional phone etiquette.
Dependable attendance record.
Excellent oral and written skills.
Comfortable supporting a team combining government and contract engineers.
Required Qualifications:
At least 5 years of administrative experience.
High School Diploma.
Able to obtain a Public Trust.
