Job Description:

Financial Data Management firm located in Soho, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary-to-Permanent Office Manager to add to their team! This position will start ASAP before Friday, June 7th to transition with the current Office Manager, requiring 5 days on-site (until trust is established) from 9am-5:30pm with availability after hours as needed on nights of social events. This is a great opportunity for someone to bring their creativity and make this role their own while working with and learning from a global team of office managers! Ideal candidate is driven and motivated to take on a lot of responsibility who wants to grow with a company for the long term.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the point person for all office-related needs from various supporting departments
  • Take the lead in planning social gatherings; manage budgets, vendors and make suggestions while being a culture carrier
  • Take initiative in engaging the team with new volunteer opportunities and ESG initiatives
  • Handle new-hire equipment setup and mailing
  • Order, stock and restock supplies, manage shipping and receiving vendors for incoming packages and mail, organize team lunches/catering as needed
  • Book meeting rooms for client visits and seatings for other employees visiting the NY office
  • Manage the badging system with security
  • Lead the office relocation to Midtown, Manhattan early 2025

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years' work experience
  • BA required
  • Creative, driven and motivated individual looking to take on a lot of responsibility
  • Proactive, organized, detail oriented and passionate about engage the team and being the culture carrier
  • Agile and flexible to ever-changing priorities, mature and professional demeanor who isn't afraid to say 'no'

Compensation/Benefits:
  • 68-77K DOE + Discretionary Bonus
  • Great benefits!
