The ideal candidate will have experience managing both a production facility and a team. They should be able to analyze each step of the manufacturing process and make effective use of resources to deliver desired outcomes. The candidate will also have an ability to follow safety and compliance guidelines diligently in order to create a healthy work environment for all employees.
Responsibilities
Lead the deployment of Organizational Solutions.
Lead the administration, analysis, and synthesis of data.
Produce internal presentations, reports, and workshop materials.
Contextualize organizational concepts to enable internal clients understanding of general concepts within their specific organizational contexts.
Qualifications
Associate's Degree (A.A. or A.S) or equivalent and minimum of five (5) years industry related experience and/or training. At least two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Must regularly lift up to 60 pounds and move more than 125 pounds with the aid of material handling equipment.
Valid Driver's License
Coordinate cylinder requirements with region branches.
Responsible for conducting timely and quality performance appraisals of assigned personnel. Recommend disciplinary action up to and including termination of plant personnel.
Analyze plant budget to identify areas in which efficiencies can be obtained and production costs reduced and then allocate operating budget.
Follow and maintain all FDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT requirements and regulations.
