We have multiple openings for a Customer Support Representative! This position is primarily phone-based, requiring comfort with managing a high volume of calls daily. The role may involve occasional email support and data entry, with a focus on creating a positive and supportive experience for consumers.
Monday - Friday 10:30am-7:00pm
Pay: $40,000 annually
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and assistance to consumers on hearing instruments and connectivity products.
Manage approximately 20 calls per day, offering support and answering basic questions.
Provide professional solutions, support, and assistance to consumer requests, inquiries, problems, and complaints.
Maintain call logs and detailed reports in multiple systems.
Handle consumer calls and emails to create a positive experience and build confidence in our brands.
Enter notes for each consumer interaction into contact management software.
Promote our products and services.
Collect and relay possible trends, problems, and suggestions for improvement to the Supervisor.
Perform miscellaneous tasks and projects as directed by the Supervisor.
Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
MUST be tech-savvy.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Must speak and write clearly and professionally.
1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
Experience with Bluetooth and mobile devices is preferred.
Patience in working with users who may be new to technology.
Genuine interest and desire to help people.
Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
