Job Description:

We have multiple openings for a Customer Support Representative! This position is primarily phone-based, requiring comfort with managing a high volume of calls daily. The role may involve occasional email support and data entry, with a focus on creating a positive and supportive experience for consumers.

Monday - Friday 10:30am-7:00pm

Pay: $40,000 annually

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to consumers on hearing instruments and connectivity products.
  • Manage approximately 20 calls per day, offering support and answering basic questions.
  • Provide professional solutions, support, and assistance to consumer requests, inquiries, problems, and complaints.
  • Maintain call logs and detailed reports in multiple systems.
  • Handle consumer calls and emails to create a positive experience and build confidence in our brands.
  • Enter notes for each consumer interaction into contact management software.
  • Promote our products and services.
  • Collect and relay possible trends, problems, and suggestions for improvement to the Supervisor.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks and projects as directed by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
  • MUST be tech-savvy.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Must speak and write clearly and professionally.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Bluetooth and mobile devices is preferred.
  • Patience in working with users who may be new to technology.
  • Genuine interest and desire to help people.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
