Details below: • You will handle employment issues in connection with transactions, ie. restrictive covenants, employee transfer and integration, hiring, termination, wage and hour issues, investigation. • Industries include financial services, health care, fashion and consumer products, energy, food and beverage, manufacturing and hospitality. • Some employment litigation is included but it is a bit heavier on the counseling side. Matters can be cross-border. • The firm is down to earth, and the group is collegial- there is an open-door policy, formal and informal mentoring and partners assist associates and counsel with business development activities. • Cravath scale with the ability to make above market bonus. • Hybrid arrangement.
A JD and prior experience as an attorney is required.
