We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Clerk with a strong focus on payroll administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Payment Processing: Manage the payment of services and ensure timely transactions.
Petty Cash Management: Maintain and oversee petty cash funds, ensuring accurate records.
Purchasing: Handle minor purchases, including supplies and equipment, to support office needs.
Payroll Administration: Process payroll using Paycom and manage the payroll process with the staff agency. Serve as the first point of contact with the staff agency.
Janitorial Services: Supervise janitorial staff to maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
Record Maintenance: Keep organized records and documentation, including receipts, invoices, and payroll information.
Suppliers Management: Communicate with service suppliers, negotiate contracts, and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Assistance to Management: Provide support to management as needed, including preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
High school diploma; additional courses in administration are a plus.
Familiarity with payroll software, particularly Paycom.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
