Job Description:
Job Duties:
• Perform general accounting tasks including payroll processing, completing transactional entries, reconciling accounts, and maintaining records
• Prepare semi-monthly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Handle payroll discrepancies
• Prepare weekly check run.
• Employee expense reimbursements and process ACH direct deposits
• Invoice suppliers
• G/L transactions
• Record inventory receipts
• Account reconciliations including Cash, A/P and A/R
• Create journal entries and verify balance sheet
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting (Preferred)
- Experience processing payroll
- Knowledge and understanding of GAAP
