Who We're Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced paid social expert with a knack for managing social campaigns and driving result. This person has in-platform experience working across the major social platforms including Meta, TikTok and Snap. They have shown their ability to successfully carry out social activation plans with speed and agility leading to strong business outcomes.

Summary of Role:

As a Retail Social Senior Associate, you'll assist the Retail Social Manager in building and managing paid social campaign performance to deliver actionable insights. Your role will involve active listening to understand client needs, translating them into achievable objectives, and actioning on those platform strategies. You'll dive deep into data analysis to develop insights and optimize campaigns, all while collaborating closely with your team to share insights and drive success.

Role Expectations:
  • Assist with paid social campaign management from development to optimization, including budget planning, campaign launches, and pacing.
  • Conduct advanced QA to ensure error-free campaigns and implement testing strategies
  • Develop insights and strategies aligned with client goals and effectively convey them to clients
  • Analyze campaign reports and develop projections and proposals
  • Proactively bring new ideas to improve campaign performance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Collaborate with partners and vendors to stay updated on new features and troubleshoot campaign issues
  • Assist in client-facing deliverables, including presentations and quarterly reviews
  • Work with feed partners to troubleshoot and provide assistance in managing the social feed for dynamic campaigns
  • Prisma entry for budget management and tracking
  • Working with partners to help setup pixel and conversion mapping strategies
  • Ability to work on a fast-paced account with agility and speed

Required Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • 1-2+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns and working in-platform
  • Proactive self-starter with strong program management and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze and act on marketing data effectively
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Experience managing paid social performance campaigns to drive sales / revenue on platforms like Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snap, TikTok, Pinterest, or Reddit
  • Paid experience working in Meta is required
  • Meta Blueprint Certification is recommended, other social certifications are welcome

Compensation Range: $40,000 - $65,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
