As the Assistant Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned projects, including overseeing on-site operation and maintenance, managing the OEM site team, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of annual operating plans, manage budgeting processes, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive high asset availability and power production through world-class technical performance, while also managing external stakeholder relationships and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize revenue losses, preparing annual operational expenditure budgets
• On site QHSE management and oversight
• Support warranty management process with equipment suppliers
• Prepare balance of plant annual operational expenditure (OPEX) budget and support Asset Manager with overall
• Assist with site inductions for new staff or visitors.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in high voltage operations or maintenance with previous experience in supervisory role
• Hands on management style
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Experience in coordinating activities and resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and fluency in English.
• Valid US driver's license

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in renewable energy or contract management.
