The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, forecasting future financial trends, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making processes. The Financial Analyst will work closely with various departments to ensure financial goals are met and support the company's rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis and Reporting
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions
  • prepare detailed financial reports, variance analysis, and financial statements
  • develop and maintain financial models to forecast company performance

Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Assist in the preparation and management of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and variances

Data Management
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data from various sources to inform business strategies
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and systems

Strategic Planning
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis
  • Support strategic initiatives by conducting financial feasibility studies and risk assessments

Market Analysis
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and benchmark
  • Analyze competitor financial performance and market positioning

Collaboration
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations
  • Provide financial guidance and support to department heads to achieve financial objectives

Compliance and Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standard
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive analysis and recommendations

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the technology industry
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications is a plus

Preferred Attributes
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of technology industry dynamics and trends
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
