Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis and Reporting
Conduct thorough financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions
prepare detailed financial reports, variance analysis, and financial statements
develop and maintain financial models to forecast company performance
Budgeting and Forecasting
Assist in the preparation and management of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and variances
Data Management
Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data from various sources to inform business strategies
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and systems
Strategic Planning
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis
Support strategic initiatives by conducting financial feasibility studies and risk assessments
Market Analysis
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and benchmark
Analyze competitor financial performance and market positioning
Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations
Provide financial guidance and support to department heads to achieve financial objectives
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standard

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the technology industry
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications is a plus
