This is a full-time on-site role as a General Manager at Bridgeton Chevrolet, GMC & Cadillac. Located in Bridgeton, NJ. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the auto dealership operation, including sales, customer service, inventory management, fixed operations, accounting and staff supervision. You will also collaborate with various departments to develop and execute strategies to achieve business goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Previous experience in a leadership role within the automotive industry
Strong knowledge of automotive sales and dealership operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team

Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred)
