Responsibilities:
Maintains payroll & billing information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
Responsively handle payroll-related inquiries, complaints, and questions from employees, reconciling discrepancies as needed
Maintain employee records related to payroll, including tax withholding forms and direct deposit information
Execute billing procedures, including invoice generation, account reconciliation, and resolution of billing discrepancies
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing disputes that may affect the ability to collect receivables
Generate ad hoc reports and analysis as requested by management
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in related field and/or 3+ years of payroll and billing experience
Strong organization, analytical, data entry skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite and accounting software
Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 hrs/day in our Quincy office
