The Creative & Content Lead will oversee the development and delivery of all brand campaigns and marketing collateral from brief to delivery. This function entails aligning culinary and marketing around a common creative brief, defining campaign strategy, and ensuring deliverables match brand standards. The Creative & Content Lead will elevate creative execution, optimize lead time, and cost efficiencies. The ideal team member is proactive, collaborative, and a creative thinker that can take inputs from multiple stakeholders, make decisions that are on-strategy and on-brand, and brings them to life.
This role directs and oversees all creative marketing activities including - • Art and Creative Direction • Campaign and Content Planning • Product Packaging and Merchandising • Studio Operations and Management including Live Streaming • Set Design and Food Styling • Video and Photography
Responsibilities • Design from initial concepts to final artwork, approval, and production: packaging and labels, marketing collateral, advertisements, and digital assets for web, social, and email. • Own the creative strategy for our house of brands and corporate identity. • Oversee and evolve the creative process from concept to completion, aligning team and company goals to increase revenue and grow brand awareness. • Design and manage annual creative strategy to allow for content and storytelling across Rastelli's core line of products as well as seasonal features and promotional periods. • Manage all brand standards and develop brand guidelines as we continue to grow into new markets, execute on new products and partnership • Drives the definition, evolution, and expression of the brand ethos, verbal, and visual identity; ensures all customer touchpoints are consistent with the brand • Conceptualize campaigns and creative needs - lead brainstorming and creative sessions to generate new ideas/creative direction for new and existing concepts across a multitude of communication channels (e.g., social, web, email, print, etc.) • Supervise our in-house studio operations and management including the production of QVC airings and other digital streaming broadcasts as well as stylizing sets and scenes. • Own the studio top-to-bottom and develop good working relationships with culinary • Leverage customer research, market studies and input from multiple stakeholders to create compelling and memorable creative. • Drive our creative marketing approach within the sales process with powerful and differentiated storytelling that increases pipeline conversion. • Ensure creative content reflect our brands consistently and positively • Manage all pre-production (overseeing logistics, ensure shots list) and post-production flow • Collaborates with culinary on the direction and execution of scopes, briefs, set designs, and shoot lists • Support the team with design production and graphic design, if needed • Maintain a curious and innovative mindset; stay up to date on trends, technologies, and tools that will
help us deliver best in class creative content and experiences
Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in graphic arts or multimedia design • 5+ years in developing creative strategy and working with creative teams across various functions for design, content, video, and packaging. • Thorough knowledge of label/package design, including experience working within USDA regulations for the meat industry is a plus. • Experience in advertising and creating impactful 360 marketing campaigns • A digitally native, social-forward approach to brand building with a clear point of view on how to reach • Online portfolio demonstrating range of experience • Experience running a photo/video shoots.
