Proven experience in developing and operating large-scale backend systems.
Python in a production environment (minimum 5 years).
Strong familiarity with MongoDB and Redis.
Experience with designing and maintaining large-scale messaging and/or event-driven architectures.
Understanding of Generative AI principles, inference techniques, and prompt management (preferred, but not required).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
High level of agency and self motivation, and a proven track record of developing complex systems quickly and independently.
Enthusiasm for the dynamic pace and impact of startup environments, with a strong commitment to achieving technical excellence and innovation.
