• Implement, configure, and manage SailPoint IdentityNow solutions. • Oversee operational responsibilities, including system health checks, regular updates, and troubleshooting. • Manage the identity lifecycle for joiners, movers, and leavers. • Develop, implement, and maintain identity governance policies. • Collaborate with IT and security teams to safeguard the integrity of identity data. • Provide technical support and training to end-users. • Monitor system performance, conduct audits, and report findings to management. • Keep abreast of the latest identity management technologies and practices
Must Haves:
- 3+ years' experience with SailPoint IdentityNow and identity Management
- In-depth knowledge of identity governance and administration (IGA) prinicples
- Familiarity with cloud environments and SaaS applications
- Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science, IT, OR equivalent work experience
