We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Procurement Manager/Director, Procurement. As we embark on expanding SHEIN's FC footprints in the U.S., we recognize that our success hinges on the strength of our core teams. The procurement team, in particular, plays a pivotal role in securing the foundation for our growth. We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead this charge, someone who not only understands the intricacies of procurement but also possesses the vision to align our strategies with the unique demands of the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source, build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers; Can effectively control the supplier or project implementation;

2. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to ensure favorable terms for the organization; Optimize costs through effective negotiation, bulk purchasing, and strategic supplier partnerships;

3. Collect and integrate market information, supply-side resource development, and complete procurement strategy planning; Monitor market trends and conduct cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction.

4. Dynamic evaluation of suppliers, including but not limited to: improving existing supplier pool, developing new suppliers, evaluating suppliers, performance management of certified suppliers, developing supplier relationships;

5. Responsible for monitoring the implementation of the contract and delivery acceptance, and can deal with abnormal issues; Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and resolve any disputes that may arise; Keep contracts up-to-date and aligned with changing business requirements;

6.Work closely with Engineering, Operation and Finance team etc to assure the internal stakeholders and their requirements covered in the procurement process. Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and maintain procurement ethics in accordance with SHEIN Global policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree and above in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field;

2. Have experience sourcing equipment from China to the United States; 5+ years of relevant strategic sourcing, supply chain, procurement, or vendor management experience;

3. Have relatively experience working with Chinese suppliers; Strong people partnership skills with the ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams (Industrial Engineering team or Operations team);

4. Good at problem identification and problem solving, excellent business negotiation ability, organizational coordination ability and flexible communication ability;

5. Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up; Works well under pressure with the ability to prioritize competing deliverables.

6. Ability to travel up to 50%

Pay: $90,000.00 min. - $170,000.00 max annually, plus, bonus & RSU offered.
