We are seeking a Manager of FP&A to join Perimeter Roofing, a rapidly growing roofing company in the Atlanta area! This would be an on-site opportunity in Perimeter's Lawrenceville location.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Newly created position reporting to the CFO. This position is responsible for the planning, budgeting, forecasting, allocations & financial analysis of all operating and corporate activities. Perimeter is seeking the intelligence, initiative, and teamwork needed to operate in a fast-paced growing environment, and someone who will draw satisfaction from their mission and success. This position requires solid analytical and communication skills, personal productivity, business sense, and a high degree of initiative and responsibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES include:
Promoting a culture of personal responsibility/accountability and open communications
Working with Controller to ensure consistency in report mapping
Overseeing the administration of the budgeting and financial reporting software
Developing and maintaining Company dashboards in support of strategic reviews
Preparing, reviewing, and distributing monthly comparisons of the budget to actual results and prior year actual results to the current year, together with variance explanations for consolidated, divisional, and departmental results
Preparing and presenting quarterly business reviews to the CFO and CEO along with applicable variance explanations
Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reports as well as ad-hoc financial analyses/special projects
Collaborating cross functionally as a business partner to drive continuous improvement in reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis processes
Recommending ways to improve accounting processes, reduce costs, and enhance revenue
Understanding key business drivers
QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS in Accounting or Finance. CPA/MBA desired but not required.
Minimum of 3-5 years' accounting/finance experience; construction industry experience preferred
Self-motivated and proactive with strong analytical aptitude
Ability to manage simultaneous tasks and projects, and to meet multiple deadlines
Experience working with QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Power BI and Access
