LHH is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist looking to join a premier Construction company known for their innovative solutions and commitment to excellence. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door into a larger stable company.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure accurate and timely billing.
Prepare and process project invoices in accordance with contract terms.
Monitor project budgets and track expenses to ensure compliance.
Resolve billing discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of billings and project financials.
Utilize a larger ERP system for billing and financial tracking.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth billing processes.
Assist with ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as required.
Requirements:
Minimum of three years of experience in billing, preferably within construction industry.
Proficiency in using a larger ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with Project Managers and other team members.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
